Fruit Explosion Power Smoothie
Serves 4
- 2 Peeled Bananas
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Cup Raspberries
- ½ Cup Blueberries
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Cups Dairy Isle 2% Evaporated Milk
- ¾ Cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 Cups Crushed Ice
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
Method:
- In a blender, add: Ice, evaporated milk, protein powder, bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple juice & chia seeds
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into four glasses & garnish with strawberry and extra chia seeds
Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
Serves 4
- 2 Peeled Bananas
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 Cups Dairy Isle 2% Evaporated Milk
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 2 Cups Crushed Ice
Method:
- In a blender, add: Ice, evaporated milk , bananas, peanut butter, hemp hearts & chocolate protein powder
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into four glasses & sprinkle with extra hemp hearts
