Power Smoothies    

Fruit Explosion Power Smoothie

Serves 4

  • 2 Peeled Bananas
  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Raspberries
  • ½ Cup Blueberries
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Cups Dairy Isle 2% Evaporated Milk
  • ¾ Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Cups Crushed Ice
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds

Method:

  1. In a blender, add: Ice, evaporated milk, protein powder, bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple juice & chia seeds
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into four glasses & garnish with strawberry and extra chia seeds

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Serves 4

  • 2 Peeled Bananas
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 Cups Dairy Isle 2% Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 2 Cups Crushed Ice

Method:

  1. In a blender, add: Ice, evaporated milk , bananas, peanut butter, hemp hearts & chocolate protein powder
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into four glasses & sprinkle with extra hemp hearts
